叶 星，理学博士，研究员。生物技术研究室主任。中国水产科学研究院学术委员会生物技术学科委员，水科院应用基因组研究中心学术管理委员会委员，中国水产学会生物技术分会委员。上海水产大学和广东海洋大学硕士研究生导师。近年来主要开展分子生物学方面在水产养殖学科中的应用研究。主要研究课题与内容包括：1）主持完成了广东省自然科学基金项目《对虾免疫因子基因的差异显示和特征分析》、省科技计划项目《基因工程技术培育观赏鱼的应用研究》等，获得转红色荧光蛋白基因白云金丝鱼和个大快长的转自源生长激素基因唐鱼，其中研究成果《转自源生长激素基因唐鱼的研究》获水科院2007年科技进步三等奖。2）在功能基因的克隆、表达调控与基因工程研究方面，先后分离了包括与鱼生长代谢相关的胰岛素样生长因子Ⅰ（IGF-I）、生长抑素基因（SS）以及免疫相关的基因如酚氧化酶原、溶菌酶基因等数十个基因。开展重要功能基因的表达调控、基因工程表达及应用研究，获得多种具有生物活性的重组蛋白；3）应用RAPD、AFLP、微卫星等分子标记技术进行多品种罗非鱼种群遗传结构分析及某些性状连锁基因的分离；4）进行重要病害病原分子的鉴定、抗原相关蛋白基因分离和表达、基因工程亚单位疫苗和DNA疫苗等研究，均取得了一定的成绩，部分研究结果已在开发应用中。发表了相关研究论文70多篇。
Ye Xing, ph.D, Professor. Director of the biotechnology lab of Pearl River Fisheries Institute, CAFS. Major works include: 1) Transgenic fish research. Transfer of Red fluorenscent protein (RFP) gene and GH gene were performed on white cloud mountain minnow Tanichthys albonubes, and RFP transgenic fish as well as fast growth white cloud mountain minnow were obtained in recent years. 2) Functional researches of fish and shrimp growth and immune related genes. Dozens of genes including IGF-I, prophenoloxidase and lysozyme genes were isolated and several recombinant proteins with bioactivities were produced by genetic engineering techniques. 3) Cooperation with other subjects of aquaculture.
